• Guide the team for delivery of technical solutions to address business needs
• Help to improve agile software development practices
• Develop collaborative engineering culture 
• Work closely with product team

Desired skills and experiences

• Experience in managing tech teams
• At least 5 years experience in software engineering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in mobile gaming industry is a plus
